◆ Strategies Combining Gyeong-Gongmae and NPL

This presentation will cover strategies for maximizing returns by combining Gyeong-Gongmae (court and public auctions) with non-performing loan (NPL) investments. In particular, the event will provide concrete insights into promising asset discovery and key investment points, focusing on real cases from the Honam region.

The lecture will be delivered by Professor Kim Taekyung, author of "Salaryman's Auction Strategy," who will explain the latest trends, advantages and disadvantages, and investment precautions in the Gyeong-Gongmae market and NPL sector, tailored to the perspective of general investors.

◆ "Discovering Hidden Promising Assets"

Park Juncheol, CEO of MG Credit Information, stated, "There are still many hidden promising assets in the Honam region that are not widely known in the market. I hope this presentation will offer local investors a proactive investment opportunity and lead to tangible profits."

◆ NPL Market Gaining Attention as a "Niche Investment Destination"

Experts observe that the NPL market is emerging as a promising alternative investment destination amid a period of high interest rates and asset value adjustments. As the real estate market slows and the supply of non-performing loans increases, they analyze that investors can achieve higher-than-expected returns if they employ stable recovery strategies.

An official from the financial investment industry commented, "Although NPLs are high-risk, high-return by nature, they are based on real assets. With thorough risk management, NPLs are one of the most noteworthy sectors at present. Interest from not only institutional but also individual investors is expected to continue growing."

MG Credit Information successfully held its first investment presentation in Seoul in June and will continue its regional tour, with events scheduled for Gwangju in September, Daejeon in October, and Busan in November.

Registration for this presentation is available on a first-come, first-served basis on the MG Credit Information website until September 2, and participation is free of charge.
