The Daewoo E&C consortium announced that it will open the model house for Eco Delta City Prugio Trepark, which is being constructed in Gangseo-gu, Busan, on August 29. This complex, located in Block 11 of Eco Delta City, will consist of 13 buildings ranging from two basement levels to 24 above-ground floors, offering a total of 1,370 units with exclusive areas between 59 and 84 square meters.
With the price ceiling system applied, the average sale price is set at approximately 16.05 million KRW per 3.3 square meters. For the contract deposit, a fixed amount of 5 million KRW is required for the first installment, which is 5% of the total. Move-in is scheduled for September 2028. Special subscriptions will be accepted on September 1, followed by first and second priority applications on September 2 and 3. The winners will be announced on September 10.
Busan Eco Delta City is the largest national pilot smart city in South Korea, and once the entire project is completed, it will be able to accommodate about 76,000 people and 30,000 households. There are large industrial complexes nearby, as well as Gimhae International Airport and Busan New Port. The proximity to highways and interchanges makes it convenient to travel to downtown Busan, Gimhae, and Changwon.
There is a planned middle school site right in front of the complex, and the planned sites for a kindergarten, elementary, and high school are all within walking distance. Parks, medical facilities, and shopping centers are also planned for the surrounding area. Previously launched complexes in the area recorded double-digit competition rates on average.
With a high proportion of compact 59-square-meter units, the company expects strong interest, especially from newlyweds and one- to two-person households. Community facilities for residents will include a study room, golf club, care center, and senior club.
