On August 27, Zigbang, a real estate platform, announced the launch of a new 'Sales' menu that consolidates apartment pre-sale information, including a nationwide list of non-priority subscription complexes.
Previously, to check apartment subscription complexes on Zigbang or Hogangnono, users had to search by complex name or browse the map. With the new Sales menu, users can now view ongoing subscription complex lists, detailed information for each complex, and even access subscription applications linked to the Cheongyak Home platform.
By clicking on the Sales menu from the main screen of the Zigbang or Hogangnono applications, users can easily see subscription complexes in key regions such as Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, Busan, and Daejeon at a glance. Depending on the schedule for each complex, listings are categorized as Upcoming Sales, Imminent Sales, or Ongoing Subscriptions, making it easy for users to understand the current status. The detailed complex pages also provide information such as the number of units, sales prices by type, subscription schedules, subscription competition rates, and school district information.
In particular, a dedicated menu for non-priority subscriptions has also been established, reflecting the recent rise in interest in 'Jupjup Subscription.' This menu features leftover units supplied at the original sale price due to contract cancellations or uncontracted units. Non-priority subscription complexes are organized by schedule, and clicking 'Apply for Subscription' immediately redirects users to the Korea Real Estate Board's Cheongyak Home website.
Specialized features have also been enhanced for each app. In the Zigbang app, users can use the Sales Map View function to quickly grasp the location of complexes and nearby transportation and lifestyle facilities. The Hogangnono app allows users to check subscription competition rates, whether there was an undersubscription, and winning point scores in the Sales Results menu. The company plans to further expand subscription-related services by adding features such as a subscription calendar and a subscription point calculator in the future.
An Sungwoo, CEO of Zigbang, stated, "Interest in apartment pre-sales continues to rise across all age groups, from young adults to middle-aged individuals," and added, "We will continue to enhance our services so that anyone can easily and conveniently access subscription information and proceed with applications through the Sales menus of Zigbang and Hogangnono."
