Soomgo and Hana Bank Offer Loan Guarantee Fee Support and Soomgo Cash Benefits to Safe Account "Gosu" Members

Hana Bank and the lifestyle service platform Soomgo (Brave Mobile Co., Ltd.) have joined forces to offer a range of additional benefits linked to the Seoul Safe Account to service providers (known as "Gosu") registered on Soomgo. By applying for the Seoul Safe Account through Hana Bank, Gosu on Soomgo can receive benefits worth up to 140,000 won, including loan guarantee fees. Both companies explained that this initiative aims to ease the financial burden on small business owners active on Soomgo and improve their access to financial services.

The Safe Account is a customized financial support program introduced as part of Seoul City's "Small Business Support Project" announced last year. It was designed to assist small business owners struggling with the economic downturn and high interest rates. The program offers a revolving line of credit within an approved limit (up to 10 million won), allowing withdrawals and repayments at any time. The loan interest rate is about one-third of the average rate for credit card loans at commercial banks. Small business owners can freely access funds when needed and only pay interest for the period they borrow, providing significant help with cash flow management.

Seoul City plans to provide a total of 200 billion won in loans to 20,000 self-employed individuals by the end of the year through four banks: Hana Bank, Woori Bank, KakaoBank, and Toss Bank.

Starting from the 28th, Soomgo and Hana Bank will offer various benefits to Gosu who sign up for the Safe Account through Hana Bank. Hana Bank will support up to 50% of the loan guarantee fee, while Soomgo will provide an additional "Soomgo 100,000 Bonus Cash" that service providers can use for various marketing activities to attract customers.

Through this initiative, Soomgo aims to reduce financial burdens for small business owners on its platform and directly support their marketing and operational funds. The goal is to provide tangible management stability and foster growth for small business owners and sole proprietors active on Soomgo. Detailed information about this collaboration can be found in the Gosu Center community notice on the Soomgo website.

A Hana Bank representative stated, "Through our collaboration with Soomgo, we aim to strengthen the self-reliance of sole proprietors and contribute to revitalizing the local economy. We will continue to expand tailored financial support for small business owners in the future."

A Soomgo representative added, "This collaboration is a meaningful opportunity to enhance our service providers' access to funding and contribute to their business stability. As a platform for small business owners and sole proprietors, we will continue to provide practical support in various areas such as finance and marketing."
