In the intermediate-level match, the South Korean national team secured a 2-1 victory over Indonesia. However, in the main event that followed, the Indonesian national team, renowned for its world-class skills, claimed a 6-4 win with a fast tempo and organized play.

The Indonesian national team has grown into one of Asia's top polo teams, thanks to systematic and stable player development supported over many years by the current president. As a result, they have consistently achieved excellent results on the international stage, and once again demonstrated their stature in the Jeju match.

The association explained that, despite the loss to Indonesia, the South Korean team was narrowly defeated by just two points, indicating significant improvement compared to previous performances.

Cho Junhee, President of the Korea Polo Association, stated, "Although the history of polo in South Korea is short, the passion and skills demonstrated by our players in this friendly match are very encouraging," adding, "We will continue to actively support our athletes so they can further develop through international exchange matches."

The Korea Polo Association also announced that the South Korean national team is scheduled to visit Indonesia for a rematch in November.
