LOL Finals for Middle and High School Students
Console, VR, and Nintendo Experience Zones Available
Osan City in Gyeonggi Province will host the '2025 Osan e-Sports Festa' at the Osan Osaek Cultural and Sports Center on September 6.
This tournament will feature the finals of 'League of Legends (LOL)' for middle and high school students from across the country. Teams advancing to the finals will be selected through preliminary rounds held on August 30 and 31.
The event will also include exhibition matches for games such as 'FC Online' and 'Street Fighter.' At the venue, there will be experience zones for console games, arcade games, VR, and Nintendo, where all citizens can participate freely.
The city has also prepared a special lecture at the venue on the theme of 'e-Sports and Mental Health for Future Generations.'
Lee Gwonjae, Mayor of Osan, stated, "e-Sports is more than just a leisure activity; it is a new culture and sport that connects generations. This tournament will be an opportunity for many citizens to enjoy, communicate, and create special memories together."
