On August 26, Dong-A Pharmaceutical announced that it expects to enhance customer accessibility through offline channels.
The products being introduced this time include 'Orthomol Immun' and the gender-specific multivitamin 'Orthomol Vital M/F'.
In particular, Orthomol Vital M/F is a gender-specific health functional food designed with the physiological characteristics of Korean men and women in mind. It contains more than 16 micronutrients in liquid form, including magnesium and omega-3, to support a vibrant daily life.
With its entry into the Shinsegae Gangnam food hall, Dong-A Pharmaceutical has further strengthened Orthomol's accessibility in premium distribution channels, alongside its presence at Lotte Department Store Jamsil branch, Myeongdong main branch, Shinsegae Centum City branch in Busan, and Hyundai Department Store Pangyo branch.
A Dong-A Pharmaceutical representative said, "With this launch at Shinsegae Gangnam, we aim to raise awareness of the Orthomol brand among more consumers and solidify our position in the premium health functional food market."
Meanwhile, Orthomol ranked first in total multivitamin sales across all domestic distribution channels for two consecutive years, 2023 and 2024, according to a survey by the global research firm Euromonitor International.
