Ensuring Safety for Both Vehicles and Pedestrians
Yongin City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 26th that it has completed and opened the improvement construction of "Yongin Urban Planning Road So2-85" in the 71-1 Sangha-dong area of Giheung-gu.

This road was previously so narrow that vehicles could not pass each other easily, resulting in a high risk of car accidents as well as pedestrian accidents.
The city invested 7.43 billion won in the project, starting the expansion construction in January 2022 and opening the road after three years and six months. The newly constructed road is 8 meters wide and 294 meters long.
During the construction process, the city improved traffic accessibility in the Sangha-dong area, while also installing sidewalks and guardrails to ensure the safety of both vehicles and pedestrians.
