The discussion focused on the current status of Neulbom Education operations, budget and facility conditions, and on-site challenges. Participants agreed on the need to develop a practical Neulbom Education model tailored to the realities of rural and fishing communities.

Assembly Member Lim emphasized, "Neulbom Education is an important policy that goes beyond simple care to help children grow up properly. Jeonnam has many rural and fishing communities, so the educational environment is different from the metropolitan area. We need a customized education model that reflects the voices from the field."

He also added, "Rural schools have fewer students and inconvenient transportation, making it difficult to operate them in the same way as urban schools. It is necessary to implement customized programs suitable for small schools, strengthen care in connection with the local community, and establish a system where schools and administration cooperate."
