Starship Entertainment announced on August 25 that the group Ive will release their fourth mini album, "Ive Secret."
Ive will release their new album through various music platforms at 6 p.m. on the same day. The new album focuses on the flow of emotions behind facial expressions, highlighting both their familiar confidence and the hidden sides beneath the surface.
The album includes six tracks: the title track "XOXZ," as well as "Wild Bird," "Dear, My Feelings," "Gotcha," "♥beats," and "Midnight Kiss."
The title track "XOXZ" is inspired by the newly coined term "XOXZ," which means "I love you, good night, see you in my dreams." The song features 808 bass, brass, and drums as the main elements, with deep-toned rap and minimal vocals adding to its dreamy atmosphere. Member Jang Wonyoung and lyricist Seo Ji-eum participated in writing the lyrics.
