Are you familiar with Super Energy Week?
From August 25 to 29, the city of Busan will host "Energy Super Week" for five days. The venues include BEXCO and Nurimaru, among others.
This event is a massive international platform where the 2025 International Climate Industry Expo and three global energy ministerial meetings will be held simultaneously. The event is co-hosted by the International Energy Agency (IEA) and the World Bank (WB). Through this event, Busan aims to establish itself as a hub for climate technology business.
The International Climate Industry Expo will take place at BEXCO from August 27 to 29. The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the city of Busan, the CF Alliance, and the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry are among the organizers. All meetings will be held in Busan. Policy makers and experts from over 40 countries will attend to discuss clean power, power grids, artificial intelligence, and carbon neutrality.
The theme of the expo is "Energy for AI & AI for Energy." It will address the convergence of energy and artificial intelligence, clean energy, and innovation in power grids. More than 540 companies and organizations will showcase their latest technologies and products across 12 global academic conferences and six exhibition halls. Local companies will also participate in the Busan Hydrogen Alliance Hall and the Environmental Energy Hall. Over 50 side events will be held, including recruitment briefings, purchasing consultations, and youth live sessions.
