On August 25, SPC Samlip announced the launch of five new products under its premium bakery brand, 'Migak Bakery'.
The new lineup includes the 'Double Choco Roll Cake', which features rich flavors from Belgian cocoa; the 'Kaymak Honey Cheesecake', which combines kaymak with locally sourced honey; and the 'Milk Condensed Milk Castella Roll', made with Grade 1A domestic milk and condensed milk.
The 'Kkwabaegle', a bagel shaped like a twisted doughnut, has a chewy texture thanks to the tangzhong method (a technique that uses hot water to partially cook the dough). It is available in two varieties: 'Blueberry Kkwabaegle' and 'Jalapeno Kkwabaegle'.
An SPC Samlip representative stated, "We plan to continuously expand the Migak Bakery lineup so that consumers can conveniently enjoy a wide variety of premium bakery products."
Launched in 2019, Migak Bakery is a premium bakery brand that delivers the authentic taste of bread by using carefully selected ingredients and distinctive manufacturing methods. Currently, a total of 15 products are available.
