According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the central region and Jeolla area will be mostly cloudy, while the Gyeongsang region and Jeju Island will see occasional clouds. Rain is expected to begin in Incheon, the west coast of Gyeonggi, the west coast of Chungnam, and the west coast of Jeolla from late dawn; in other parts of the Seoul metropolitan area and Chungnam from the morning; and in the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, Chungbuk, and other parts of Jeolla from the afternoon.

The expected rainfall over the two days until the 26th is 30 to 80 mm for Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi, and the five West Sea islands (with more than 100 mm possible in northern Incheon and Gyeonggi), and 20 to 60 mm for the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, Daejeon, Sejong, Chungnam, Chungbuk, Gwangju, Jeonnam, and Jeonbuk (with more than 80 mm possible in inland Gangwon, Chungnam, and northern Chungnam). Jeju Island is forecast to have showers until the afternoon, and the Gyeongsang region is expected to have 5 to 40 mm of showers between the afternoon and evening.

As of 5 a.m., the current temperatures are 27.5 degrees Celsius in Seoul, 27.3 in Incheon, 26.1 in Suwon, 24.4 in Chuncheon, 28.1 in Gangneung, 27.7 in Cheongju, 27.2 in Daejeon, 26.6 in Jeonju, 26.7 in Gwangju, 27.3 in Jeju, 27.1 in Daegu, 27.1 in Busan, 25.8 in Ulsan, and 26.1 in Changwon. The highest daytime temperatures are forecast to range from 31 to 37 degrees Celsius.

Fine dust concentrations are expected to remain at 'good' to 'normal' levels nationwide due to smooth atmospheric dispersion and the effects of rainfall.

Wave heights at sea will range from 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the coastal waters of the East and South Seas, and from 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the coastal waters of the West Sea. In the offshore areas (within about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East and South Seas, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea.
