Unveiled "AgenticWorks" at Press Conference on the 25th
Connecting with Enterprise Data and Systems to Boost Productivity
Introducing "AXThink" for Common Task Innovation
LG CNS has launched "AgenticWorks," a platform for developing and operating enterprise-customized agentic AI services, leveraging its accumulated experience and expertise in AI transformation projects. Even employees without coding experience can directly build agentic AI services, and companies can select and use only the features they require.
On the morning of August 25, LG CNS held a press conference at LG Science Park in Magok, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, to unveil AgenticWorks. LG CNS CEO Hyun Shingyun stated, "Agentic AI actively analyzes and coordinates work, supporting decision-making," and added, "It will create an environment where employees can focus on creative work, fundamentally changing the landscape of industries and competition." He continued, "What companies need is a system that organically connects AI agents and enterprise systems from an enterprise-wide perspective, enabling safe and sustainable operations," emphasizing that "corporate productivity can be dramatically improved."
AgenticWorks is a modular, full-stack platform consisting of six modules that support the entire lifecycle of designing, building, operating, and managing agentic AI services. Among the six modules are the coding-based "Builder" and the no-code development environment "Studio." This enables not only developers but also general employees to directly build agentic AI services. Other modules include the "Knowledge Repository" for data preprocessing, the "Hub" for connecting AI agents with enterprise systems, the "Refiner" for enhancing AI models, and the "Router" for automatically selecting and invoking the optimal AI model.
For example, if a "HR-specialized agentic AI service" is developed and applied, it can automatically analyze tens of thousands of cover letters, aptitude test data, and existing HR documents during large-scale recruitment, recommending suitable candidates. LG CNS explained, "It can even automatically generate interview questions for each applicant, improving work productivity by approximately 26%."
Agentic AI specialized for finance can also be applied. It automatically detects changes in project budgets and expenses, provides reports, and manages risks in advance. It also compares and analyzes competitors' financial statements and prepares summary reports to assist in business strategy development.
LG CNS has equipped the platform with its own AI security solution to enhance security at various points where enterprise systems and AI agents are connected. Starting in Korea, the company plans to gradually roll out AgenticWorks to overseas markets as well.
LG CNS also introduced "AXThink," aimed at innovating common work tasks for employees. AXThink is a service that instantly converts common tasks such as scheduling, meetings, and emails into agentic AI-powered processes, and will be provided as part of the AgenticWorks platform.
Key features include a daily briefing that summarizes important emails, schedules, and pending tasks and delivers them via voice guidance; handling required tasks such as approvals after the briefing; automatic meeting scheduling after email summarization; real-time meeting interpretation and translation with automatic minutes generation; and automatic report creation based on internal and external knowledge searches.
According to LG Display, AXThink has improved daily work productivity by about 10% compared to previous levels and has resulted in annual cost savings of more than 10 billion won compared to adopting similar external services. The company aims to increase work productivity by more than 30% within the next three years.
