Yangju City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 24th that it held the "2025 Yangju 4-H Outdoor Education" on the 22nd at the Nam-myeon Rural Experience Village Chorokjigi. The event featured a variety of rural experience programs with the participation of about 90 local students, youth 4-H members, and supervising teachers.

Under the 4-H slogan "To Make the Best Better, Learn by Doing," the program offered a range of activities, including corn processing experience, traditional rice cake making, natural dyeing handkerchief crafting, making desserts with local agricultural products, and an agricultural product treasure hunt.
Participants had the opportunity to experience the value of agricultural resources firsthand, learn about traditional culture, and enhance their sense of community and achievement through cooperation with their peers.
An official from the rural resources department stated, "We hope this outdoor education program will help students understand the value of agriculture and rural communities and serve as a stepping stone for them to grow into creative and cooperative 4-H members. We will continue to support experiential education for future generations."
