"I Will Do My Utmost for the Successful Completion of the Culturally and Historically Significant Hapgang Region Pungnyu Garden"
On August 22, Assemblyman Sangwoong Park of the People Power Party (representing Miryang, Uiryeong, Haman, and Changnyeong in South Gyeongsang Province, and Deputy Floor Leader) announced that he had received a plaque of appreciation from 35 members of the Mohyeongye family association, who visited the National Assembly on August 20, for securing the budget for the "Hapgang Region (Nakdong River and Nam River) Pungnyu Garden Project."
The Mohyeongye is an association of descendants of the Righteous Army, including General Gwak Jaewoo from the Imjin War, who are active in the Miryang, Uiryeong, Haman, and Changnyeong areas. The plaque of appreciation was presented to express gratitude for Assemblyman Park's contributions to regional development in the spirit of their ancestors.

He further emphasized, "I will work together with Changnyeong and Uiryeong, with Haman at the center, to usher in a new era of tourism in the region so that the Hapgang Region Pungnyu Garden can become a source of hope and pride for all local residents."
