Mr. A reported that at around 6:00 p.m. that day, while loading a personal watercraft onto a trailer after finishing water leisure activities, the vehicle slipped and fell into the sea. He stated that the vehicle's gear was in park mode at the time.

A Coast Guard official said, "Inclined surfaces such as slipways can be slippery when the ground is wet," and urged, "When parking or stopping in such areas, please carefully check the condition of your vehicle and the surrounding environment before proceeding with your work."
