The Korea Student Aid Foundation (Chairman Bae Byungil), a leader in fostering an AI-driven culture, announced on August 22 that it will hire 33 new regular employees and 2 fixed-term employees through the '2025 Comprehensive Recruitment' and '2025 Second Half Rolling Recruitment Notice.'
The planned recruitment for new regular employees by field is as follows: 23 for Grade 5 General Administration, 5 for IT Development and Operations, 2 for Information Security, and 3 for Grade 6 Administrative Support, totaling 33 positions.
The planned recruitment for new fixed-term employees by field is as follows: 1 for On-site Internship Support Project Management and 1 for Central Employment Support Center Operations Support.
In particular, despite the recent challenging job market, the Korea Student Aid Foundation has increased the number of regular positions by 50% from last year to 33 in order to contribute to job creation for young people. The foundation has also developed Information Security as a new recruitment field.
For social equity recruitment, separate categories will be established for people with disabilities and veterans in the regular recruitment process, while additional points will be given to people with disabilities, veterans, and young people preparing for self-reliance in other recruitment fields. In addition, for regular recruitment, a hiring quota system will be implemented for candidates from previous regions (Daegu and Gyeongbuk) and from non-metropolitan areas, to promote balanced regional talent selection.
Applications can be submitted online via the Korea Student Aid Foundation's recruitment website until 6:00 p.m. on September 4.
For regular positions, the process will include a document screening, a written test (late September), a practical interview (late October), and an in-depth interview (early November), with final results to be announced on November 14. For fixed-term employees, the process will include a document screening (early September) and an interview (mid-September), with final results to be announced on September 30.
