Haman County Conducts Eulji Exercise Integrated Drill with Civil, Government, Military, Police, and Fire Agencies

Integrated Defense Drill Conducted at Haman Museum
Enhancing Response Capabilities Through Terror Attack and Fire Recovery Training

Haman County in South Gyeongsang Province conducted the "Haman Museum Terror Bomb and Fire Recovery Drill" as part of the 2025 Eulji Exercise, further strengthening the region's integrated defense operational capabilities.

The drill, held on August 20, simulated a scenario in which a suspicious individual infiltrated Haman Museum and carried out a bomb terror attack. It was designed to establish a prompt and accurate initial response posture through swift information sharing among related organizations, including Haman County, the 4th Battalion of the 5870 Unit, Haman Fire Station, and Haman Police Station, as well as to confirm each agency's responsibilities and build an organic response system.

In particular, this drill, conducted at a multi-use facility, included initial response, operation of an integrated support headquarters, strengthened security and inspection/search, fire suppression and emergency rescue, explosive detection and disposal, and emergency recovery procedures for restoring normal operations. Through these activities, each agency had the opportunity to assess and improve its response capabilities.

Additionally, 13 vehicles, including fire trucks and ambulances, were mobilized, and education on fire extinguisher use and CPR training was provided to civil defense personnel and local residents.
