Im Chaesung, Chairman of the Sejong City Council, visited the Ulchi training situation rooms at Sejong City Hall and the Sejong Office of Education on August 20, offering words of encouragement to the officials on duty. The purpose of the visit was to express gratitude and support for the dedicated efforts and hard work of the public officials who are participating in the training day and night to strengthen each institution's capacity for swift crisis response.

Chairman Im emphasized, "The Ulchi training is a very important exercise to prepare for a transition from daily life to emergency situations, and it is crucial to approach it with a sense of urgency as if it were a real situation." He also urged, "Through this training, I hope that the cooperation system between institutions will be strengthened, and that all employees will establish a systematic and prompt response system in case of emergencies." After visiting the comprehensive situation room at the Office of Education, he stated, "Having listened to the crisis response system at the educational sites, I believe thorough preparation is necessary to ensure the safety of students and the educational environment." He added, "I hope this training serves as an opportunity to thoroughly guarantee the safety of the educational environment and to reinforce the crisis response capabilities at schools."
