Through this agreement, KT will be responsible for planning customized telecommunications products for each micro enterprise sector, while KTS Nambu will provide on-site consulting and technical services to micro enterprises. The Federation will propose mutually beneficial support models and jointly promote the digital transformation of micro enterprises.
The three organizations also plan to continue cooperating in the future to achieve tangible results that micro enterprises can experience, such as customer consulting services for Federation members.
President Song Chiyoung stated, "Although the need to introduce smart technologies that can reduce costs is increasing due to rising labor costs from minimum wage hikes, the challenges and cost burdens associated with digital transformation remain significant barriers. Through this agreement, we will provide support so that micro enterprises interested in digital transformation can reduce their cost burdens."
