On August 20, Yulchon LLC announced that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Korea Hotel Association to provide integrated and specialized legal advisory services on a wide range of issues facing the hotel industry.
This agreement was established to help the hotel sector effectively address complex legal challenges arising from various regulations, related laws, and the rapidly changing tourism and hotel industry environment.
Through this partnership, Yulchon LLC and the Korea Hotel Association plan to promote personnel exchanges for the operation of educational programs and related activities, and to develop areas of exchange and cooperation that leverage their respective expertise. They will also offer practical, work-focused training and consultation opportunities for member companies.
In addition, Yulchon LLC plans to provide customized, integrated legal solutions that address a range of complex issues, including hotel development advisory services, contract reviews with related businesses, customer service and crisis management, human resources and labor management, safety management, response to administrative sanctions, and general civil and criminal cases.
Namho Kim, Chief Attorney of the Real Estate and Construction Group at Yulchon, stated, "Recently, the hotel industry has been facing complex challenges such as changes in the regulatory environment, various legal disputes, and issues related to safety and crisis management. Through this agreement, we will combine Yulchon's extensive legal expertise with the Korea Hotel Association's broad industry network to provide member companies with practical solutions for stable business operations."
