Hyundai Construction announced on August 20 that it received the Gold Winner award in the Space Design category at the K-Design Award 2025. The company explained that this award is considered one of the top three design awards in Asia, alongside the Taiwan Golden Pin Design Award and the Hong Kong Design for Asia Award.
The 'Arcus' teahouse in Hillstate Hwanho Park, built by Hyundai Construction, and the 'Triangle House' rest area in the Hillstate Sinyong The River complex both received awards. Arcus features an arched design intended to embody both elegance in curves and a sense of stability. Triangle House is characterized by its triangular motif structure and open-plan design.
In addition, five other works, including gardens and interior designs, were selected as winners. This year, more than 3,000 entries from 23 countries were submitted to the awards. Only 35 entries were named Gold Winners, and Hyundai Construction was the only company to win two awards in the space design category among all participants, according to the company.
