Up to 240,000 KRW in Benefits Including Coupons and Subscription Support for Saving
Chance to Win Appliances Like a Vacuum Cleaner in the Lucky Draw Event
KakaoBank is launching the "One-Month Savings with LG Electronics" product, which allows customers who save consistently for a month to receive benefits such as support for LG Electronics appliance purchases and subscription fees, as well as the chance to win popular home appliances as prizes.
The "One-Month Savings" is a short-term savings product designed to help users develop the habit of saving once a day, with amounts ranging from 100 KRW to 30,000 KRW. As of the end of July 2025, the cumulative number of accounts opened has surpassed 11 million.
"One-Month Savings with LG Electronics" is a partnership product that offers discounts and prizes for use on the LG Electronics online mall in addition to the standard "One-Month Savings" benefits. It will be available for a limited 30-day period until September 18, and each customer can open only one account.
The discounts provided based on the number of deposits made can reach up to 240,000 KRW, including points. Customers will receive a 5,000 KRW coupon after the first deposit, a 30,000 KRW coupon (for purchases over 500,000 KRW) after the 12th deposit, and a 100,000 KRW coupon (for purchases over 1,000,000 KRW) after the 31st deposit. Additional benefits are available for customers who subscribe to LG Electronics appliances. Those who complete 24 deposits and then subscribe to a recommended LG Electronics appliance and apply for subscription fee support will receive up to 110,000 points.
After applying for a subscription service on the LG Electronics online mall, customers can apply for point support on the "KakaoBank One-Month Savings with LG Electronics" event page. Points will be awarded upon completion of installation. Eligible appliances for subscription fee support include eight products such as the WashTower, refrigerator, dryer, and TV, and participation is open until October 11.
Customers who successfully complete six deposits are eligible to participate in a lucky draw event. Approximately 100 winners will be selected to receive prizes including a CordZero vacuum cleaner (1 winner), Dios lightwave oven (1 winner), smart monitor (2 winners), CineBeam projector (2 winners), microwave oven (3 winners), and a 50,000-point voucher for the online mall (100 winners). Entries can be submitted on the LG Electronics online mall event page until September 23.
KakaoBank stated, "We designed this partnership product to help customers develop a savings habit by saving steadily for a month while also enjoying practical benefits for purchasing home appliances," adding, "We will continue to introduce a variety of fun and practical services in areas closely related to our customers' daily lives."
