- The Outdoors Becomes Your Walking Trail... Spotlight on Relaxed Park Life in the City
Recently, the value of a pleasant natural environment has become increasingly important in the real estate market. Moving away from the past trend of choosing homes based mainly on transportation convenience or nearby amenities, there is now a growing perception that the future value of apartments where residents can enjoy nature within the city is rising significantly.
According to the "2025 Future Housing Trends" report published by the Housing Industry Research Institute, "comfort" was the most selected factor in future housing choices, accounting for 33%. This indicates that recent homebuyers now prefer green premium complexes with abundant green spaces nearby, more than transportation convenience (24%) or living amenities (19%). The "KB Golden Life Report" released by KB Management Research Institute also found that, among pre-retirement households, 50.8% chose places with excellent park and natural environment development as their most desirable residential condition, ranking it first.
The value of a pleasant natural environment is now seen as a guarantee of success in the new housing sales market. Last year, "Eco City The Sharp Phase 4" in Jeonbuk highlighted its proximity to Saebyeong Park as a key advantage and closed with a first-priority average competition rate of 191 to 1. In Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, "Sanseong Station Harry Stone" became popular with a first-priority average competition rate of 30 to 1, as demand concentrated among buyers who wanted easy access to Dandae Park.
An industry insider stated, "As the emphasis on health, relaxation, and leisure in residential life spreads, the popularity of apartments with a pleasant natural environment is likely to increase even further," adding, "Savvy end-users and investors should especially pay attention to green premium complexes supplied within city centers."
Against this backdrop, Youngmu Construction is currently offering "Anseong Ayang Youngmu Yedaeum" in Ayang District, Anseong, Gyeonggi Province, on a first-come, first-served basis. The complex consists of 288 units, each with an exclusive area of 84 square meters, in buildings up to 25 stories above ground and two basement levels. It is gaining attention as a green premium property, with Ayang 2 Park, Ayang 4 Park, Almisan Park, and Anseongcheon Stream all within easy walking distance.
The project currently offers benefits such as an initial contract deposit of 5 million won, free balcony extensions, the ability to transfer contracts before registration, and designated building and unit numbers. It is the last beneficiary complex not subject to government loan regulations (having completed its recruitment announcement before the government regulation announcement in June), allowing for both interim and balance loans exceeding 600 million won. In addition, since it is supplied under the presale price ceiling system, reasonable pricing is another advantage.
Ayang District, where "Anseong Ayang Youngmu Yedaeum" is located, features a concentration of various living amenities and educational infrastructure. Residents can easily walk to central commercial facilities such as E-Mart, CGV, and Gyeonggi Provincial Medical Center Anseong Hospital, and the area offers an excellent educational environment with Baekseong Elementary School, the planned Anseong Middle School, the public Ayang Library, and a cluster of private academies.
The complex will feature a specialized four-bay layout, exclusively composed of the highly preferred 84-square-meter units, with a cross-ventilation structure, south-facing orientation, and a park-style design with no cars on the ground level.
A sales representative stated, "As the pleasant environment stands out as a key advantage, not only end-users but also investors are increasingly signing contracts," adding, "With the excellent location and product competitiveness, we expect the remaining units to be completely sold out soon."
Meanwhile, the model home for "Anseong Ayang Youngmu Yedaeum" is located near Singeonji-dong, Anseong, Gyeonggi Province.
