Former Jo Guk Innovation Party Representative Cho Kuk continues his public activities by paying a courtesy visit to former President Moon Jaein and visiting the gravesite of the late former President Roh Moohyun.

Yoon Jaegwan, Chief Spokesperson of the Innovation Party, told reporters at the National Assembly on the 19th, "Cho plans to visit Busan Democracy Park, Pyeongsan Village, and Bongha Village over a two-day period on the 24th and 25th, where he will pay a courtesy visit to former President Moon Jaein and visit the gravesite of the late former President Roh Moohyun."
Chief Spokesperson Yoon explained, "Busan Democracy Park is a symbolic location where the Jo Guk Innovation Party declared its founding. While the schedule may change depending on circumstances, the party leadership will not accompany him, and in principle, the visit is being arranged for Cho to attend alone."
The eligibility review for Cho, who reapplied for membership in the Innovation Party the previous day, is expected to be completed within this week after deliberation by the Central Party Membership Qualification Review Committee and a resolution by the Supreme Council.
Chief Spokesperson Yoon stated, "The Membership Qualification Review Committee is scheduled to convene today (the 19th), and the Supreme Council meeting is regularly held on Thursday."
On the previous day, marking the 16th anniversary of the passing of the late former President Kim Daejung, Cho visited the National Cemetery to pay his respects, officially resuming public activities following his pardon.
