Specialized Program to Strengthen Employment Competencies
The Sangmyung University Career Plus Center announced on the 19th that it held the "K-Culture Employment Camp with Local Youth" from August 5 to 18.
This program was planned as part of the Career Plus Center project led by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. It was designed to establish sustainable governance for supporting youth employment in the region and to strengthen the university's capacity to support the local community.
The special lecture series consisted of a total of five sessions, including an online lecture on employment in the K-Culture (entertainment) sector, training on resume and portfolio writing, and offline practical exercises.
In particular, professionals from the entertainment industry participated as instructors for each program, contributing to enhancing students' job expertise.
Meanwhile, a representative from the Sangmyung University Career Plus Center stated, "We continue to offer programs to support local youth employment," adding, "In recognition of these efforts, we have received the highest grade, 'Excellent,' in the operational evaluation for three consecutive years."
