Stage One stated that they selected the repertoire with an emphasis on diversity, presenting not only classical masterpieces such as Mendelssohn's String Quartet and Dvorak's Piano Quintet, but also the Korean premieres of works by Jennifer Higdon and Judd Greenstein, along with innovative pieces by modern and contemporary composers such as Hugo Wolf and Ludwig Thuille.

Led by Artistic Director and pianist Kim Hyejin, the lineup includes pianist Kim Songhyun, winner of the New York Liszt International Piano Competition; pianist Kim Suyeon, winner of the Montreal International Competition; pianist Won Jaeyeon, runner-up at the Busoni International Piano Competition; violinist Song Jiweon, laureate of the Leopold Mozart International Violin Competition; flutist Yoo Chaeyeon, principal flutist for life at the Hamburg Philharmonic Orchestra in Germany; clarinetist Kim Sangyun, winner of the Prague Spring International Competition; and the Eden Quartet, which became the first Korean team to win second prize at the 2024 Premio Paolo Borciani International Competition.
