for the Flawless Dance Moves
of Small Robots
At the 2025 Daejeon Zero O'Clock Festival, the Dancing Robot at the Daejeon Future Science Experience Center has become a space of dreams and challenges for children, drawing massive crowds.
The Dancing Robot performances are held every hour starting from 2 p.m., and the flawless dance moves of the small robots elicit cheers from people of all ages and generations.
The Daejeon Future Science Experience Center is an integrated booth where visitors can experience new technologies in Daejeon City's six core strategic industries: A (Aerospace), B (Bio), C (Semiconductors), D (Defense), Q (Quantum), and R (Robotics).
This year, both the scale and content have been expanded compared to last year. Visitors can enjoy a total of 16 experiences, including a VR Drone Ball Party, VR Shooting Experience, AI Artist Robot, Dancing Robot, VR Bus Experience, 3D Pen Keyring Making, Metaverse Experience, Healing Beat, Autonomous Driving, Fourth Industrial Revolution Battle Robot, and Kkumdori Arcade.
Choi Woo-kyung, spokesperson for Daejeon City, said, "The Future Science and Technology Experience Center has been upgrading its facilities and content every year," adding, "Especially this year, many of the contents combined games and animations to help children easily understand and experience science and new technologies. As a result, not only children but also family visitors to the center continue to increase."
Meanwhile, the Daejeon Future Science and Technology Experience Center featured participation from KAIST, the National NanoFab Center, the National Science Museum, the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute, the Daejeon Institute of Science and Technology for Enterprise and People, as well as science and technology companies.
