Emro Posts KRW 42.7 Billion in Cumulative Sales for H1, Up 26.2% Year-on-Year

Despite global market uncertainties, Emro, South Korea's leading AI-based supply chain management software company, maintained strong growth in the first half of this year.

On August 14, Emro announced that its consolidated financial statements show cumulative sales of KRW 42.7 billion for the first half of this year, a 26.2% increase compared to the same period last year. This marks the first time in the company's history that cumulative sales for the first half have exceeded KRW 40 billion. Second-quarter sales reached KRW 22.1 billion, up 14.9% year-on-year.

The main drivers of revenue growth included: the expansion of procurement system implementations and overseas subsidiaries, particularly among large corporate clients; visible achievements in overseas expansion through the global SRM SaaS solution "Caidentia"; and stable revenues from technology fees and cloud service usage from existing clients.

As global supply chains are being rapidly reorganized due to U.S. tariff policies, more large domestic corporations are adopting procurement solutions. Interest in supply chain management solutions utilizing AI technology has also increased. Software license sales in the first half of this year rose 13.1% year-on-year to KRW 3.7 billion.

Recurring technology fees and cloud service usage fees from existing Emro solution clients also increased steadily, reaching KRW 7.5 billion and KRW 2.8 billion respectively, representing year-on-year growth of 26.3% and 9.2%.

By supplying the SRM SaaS solution Caidentia to an American HVAC company and a global leading PC and server manufacturer, Emro began generating significant new overseas sales starting in the first half of the year. The company is actively conducting business development activities such as solution proposals, demo presentations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) projects for leading companies in various industries-including high-tech, energy, medical devices, and consumer goods-in both the U.S. and Europe.

Operating profit for the first half was KRW 1.1 billion, and net profit was KRW 500 million. These figures reflect the impact of increased investment aimed at business expansion and future growth as a global software company.

In the second half of the year, Emro plans to further enhance its solutions with a focus on AI and cloud technologies, aiming for balanced growth in both domestic and international markets. The company will upgrade its existing solutions by adding a variety of global standard procurement functions and procurement-specialized AI agents, releasing them as SaaS-based offerings.

Emro recently introduced AI agent features that support a range of procurement tasks, including partner searches, queries of similar order histories, and procurement-related document creation. These features have been supplied to the largest IT company in Korea and are undergoing PoC projects with major domestic plant companies. Interest in Agentic AI technology is growing not only in Korea but also in overseas markets.

An Emro representative stated, "Since entering overseas markets last year, Caidentia has signed three contracts in North America. At the Gartner Europe event held in May this year, we attracted the highest number of visitors among exhibitors and secured numerous sales pipelines in Europe."

The representative added, "For the first time among domestic SRM solutions, we have also been listed in major global market research reports by IDC and Forrester, achieving significant recognition. We will continue to lead the global supply chain management software market by introducing innovative solutions."
