Daewoo Engineering & Construction's "Venture Valley Prugio," currently being supplied in the Sincheon-dong area of Dong-gu, Daegu, near the Venture Valley Intersection (formerly the MBC Intersection), is drawing attention for its outstanding transportation infrastructure, which encompasses KTX, SRT, subway, bus, and expressway networks. "Venture Valley Prugio" will be built as a mixed-use complex with 4 buildings ranging from 5 underground to 33 above-ground floors, comprising 540 apartment units and 56 residential officetel units, all with a single exclusive area of 84 square meters. The single floor plan enhances resident satisfaction for end-users, and features such as a U-shaped balcony layout, smart systems, and community-focused design have been incorporated to maximize residential convenience.
Most notably, recent relaxation of contract terms has reduced the initial financial burden for buyers.
