On August 14, the Yeongdeungpo Police Station in Seoul announced that it is investigating the complaint filed by Chairperson Lee last month, accusing Chairperson Choi of defamation.
According to Lee's side, Choi Minhee appeared on MBC Radio in June and used expressions such as "attention seeker," "henchman," "far-right female warrior," and "abnormal brain structure" to refer to Lee Jinsuk. They claim that these remarks constituted an expression of insulting feelings, thereby infringing upon Lee's honor and personal rights.
It has been reported that Lee Jinsuk recently underwent questioning as the complainant at the Yeongdeungpo Police Station in connection with this case.
