Yangju City Implements Advance Reservation Lottery System

This year, the farming agency service period will run from September 22 until the end of the harvest. Work schedules will be assigned to applicants through a computerized lottery system.
Advance applications will be accepted for 16 days, from August 18 to September 2. Farmers can apply by visiting the agricultural machinery rental bank or by phone.
Applicants must submit documents proving cultivation, such as a farmland register, lease agreement, or a certificate of cultivation (verified by the village head or community leader). Farms that already own a combine or soybean combine, as well as those belonging to the relevant crop group, are not eligible to apply. In addition, duplicate applications are not allowed, even if a single farmer cultivates multiple plots of land.
An official from the Agricultural Technology Center stated, "We will make thorough preparations again this year so that many farms can harvest stably," and urged, "Since the agency service schedule is limited, please do not miss the advance application period and apply as soon as possible."
