Seonmaeul and Dallaem Partner to Offer Specialized Healing Retreat Programs

Seonmaeul, a leading wellness resort in Hongcheon, Gangwon Province, announced on August 14 that it has entered into a strategic partnership with 'Dallaem,' a corporate wellness solution provider, to jointly develop and operate a wider range of specialized wellness (healing) training programs.

This partnership was established as both companies recognized the need to strengthen scientific and systematic wellness content, amid steadily rising demand for healing training programs among corporations and public institutions. Seonmaeul is a wellness-focused resort that has conducted over 5,000 corporate healing retreats, providing employees with genuine opportunities for rest and rejuvenation. Located about an hour's drive from Seoul, it is the only place in the Seoul metropolitan area where mobile phone signals do not reach, allowing for deep immersion and recovery-an aspect that has led to high satisfaction among participants.

'Dallaem' is a specialized company offering comprehensive wellness solutions, including wellness education, healing content development, and expert matching. It excels in designing programs focused on emotional recovery, stress relief, and improving communication within organizations, and has rapidly built trust through collaborations with a variety of institutions.

Through this collaboration, the two companies plan to leverage Seonmaeul's existing strengths-such as fostering healthy lifestyle habits, restoring self-esteem, mindfulness, and emotional communication-while incorporating Dallaem's expertise to establish regular, customized healing retreats for corporate clients. Participating companies can freely design their own training programs or operate them flexibly in small groups, ensuring both practicality and efficiency.

With this partnership, companies in need of wellness training will now have access to more segmented and specialized programs. This development is seen as not just a matter of employee welfare, but as the first step and a significant turning point in institutionalizing wellness retreats as an essential process for organizational sustainability and improved performance.

A Seonmaeul representative stated, "This collaboration with Dallaem has enabled us to establish a training system that is both effective and specialized," adding, "For companies, it will serve as a strategic tool to enhance organizational capabilities, and for employees, it will be a turning point for self-recovery and increased work engagement."
