Busan Transportation Corporation (President Lee Byungjin), in collaboration with Hope Openers, invited 24 children and adolescents from the Gyeongnam region to Busan for a two-day, one-night career and cultural experience program.
The corporation organized this program on August 12 and 13 under the theme "Finding My Dream through Urban Railways," specifically for children who typically have limited opportunities for cultural and career experiences. Employees from both the corporation and Hope Openers directly led and supervised the program.

On the first day, participants explored BEXCO and Shinsegae Centum City Department Store and enjoyed an experience at Haeundae Beach.
The second day featured a campus tour of National Pukyong University, a visit to the light rail promotional center, an urban railway job experience, and a soccer class with the Busan Transportation Corporation football team. In particular, hands-on experiences in urban railway professions such as vehicle inspector, dispatcher, and train operator at the Anpyeong Vehicle Depot received a positive response.
Busan Transportation Corporation has also continued its social contribution activities in the Gyeongnam region. In March this year, it donated 23,870,000 won to support victims of wildfires in Sancheong County and other areas, and in July, it provided 14,970,000 won to assist victims of heavy rainfall.
President Lee Byungjin stated, "I hope this experience has given the children an opportunity to discover a new world and nurture their dreams," adding, "We will continue to expand our sharing activities not only in Busan but also in neighboring regions."
