SK Hynix is expanding the scale and enhancing the content of its university recruitment events this year to secure semiconductor talent.
Starting with Hanyang University on August 18, SK Hynix will hold the "2025 SK Hynix Tech Day" at seven universities through September 4. Compared to last year, Hanyang University and Sogang University have been added, increasing the number of participating schools by two.
The event targets graduate students in master's and doctoral programs, providing a platform to share the company's vision and technological leadership and to discuss the latest trends in semiconductors. Through these efforts, SK Hynix aims to prevent the outflow of domestic research and development talent overseas and to contribute to nurturing talent at the national level.
This year, the event will focus on four technical sessions: design, system architecture, advanced packaging technology, and process and devices. Programs will be tailored to the research specialties of each university. Key executives from the company will directly share the latest technologies and practical experiences, and one-on-one job consultations will be held prior to the main event. The HR session will introduce the corporate culture and scholarship programs.
SK Hynix plans to develop Tech Day into a platform that connects technology and talent, rather than a simple recruitment briefing, thereby strengthening its position as a global leader in AI memory.
