A high school student in Sejong City has touched many hearts by using a Livelihood Recovery Consumption Coupon to deliver 50 cups of coffee to firefighters who quietly carry out their duties.

According to the Northern Fire Station of the Sejong Fire Department on August 13, a student attending a local high school used a Livelihood Recovery Consumption Coupon to donate refreshing coffee to firefighters.

This act of sharing is considered a model example of "good consumption," going beyond a simple donation to support neighbors and protect the community through spending. The student, who requested to remain anonymous, purchased 50 cups of coffee from a nearby coffee shop on August 8 and personally delivered them to the Northern Fire Station.

The student said, "My parents run a business at the Sejong traditional market, and after witnessing the firefighters' hard work during the fire at the market last winter, I really wanted to give something back. I am even happier that I could use the Livelihood Recovery Consumption Coupon for such a meaningful purpose."

The firefighters were also deeply moved by the student's gesture. One firefighter, who was working at a fire scene during the hot summer, said that personally receiving the coffee gave them great strength, feeling the sincerity of the student's support.

Kim Jeonsu, Chief of the Northern Fire Station, expressed his gratitude, saying, "Warm encouragement and support have been a great source of strength for our firefighters. We will continue to create a safe and caring fire station together with our citizens."
