The special prosecutor team led by Min Joongki, which arrested Kim Keonhee, plans to summon and question her on the 14th. This will be her first summons since she was detained late the previous night.

On the 13th, the special prosecutor's office announced, "We have summoned Kim Keonhee for questioning at 10 a.m. on the 14th." The team plans to question her at the special prosecutor's office, located in the KT Gwanghwamun Building West in Jongno-gu, Seoul.

However, it remains uncertain whether Kim Keonhee will comply with the special prosecutor's summons. There is a possibility that she may refuse to appear for questioning, as former President Yoon Sukyeol did. In such a case, the special prosecutor is expected to seek an arrest warrant and attempt to bring her in by force, as was done with the former president.

On the other hand, Kim Keonhee may choose to comply with the summons and actively defend herself against the charges. Although she has previously denied all allegations, she has not exercised her right to remain silent during earlier investigations.

Previously, Judge Jeong Jaeuk of the Seoul Central District Court, who is in charge of warrants, issued an arrest warrant for Kim Keonhee on charges of violating the Capital Markets Act, violating the Political Funds Act, and receiving bribes under the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes, citing concerns about the destruction of evidence.
