On August 12, Audi Korea announced the official launch and start of sales of its premium all-electric sedan, the New Audi A6 e-tron, in the domestic market.
The Audi A6 e-tron is the first sedan model to utilize the Premium Platform Electric (PPE), a dedicated premium segment electric vehicle platform. It features an 800V electrification architecture and high-efficiency battery technology, and offers a maximum charging output of 270 kW?one of the highest in its class?enabling the battery to charge from 10% to 80% in approximately 21 minutes.
The rear-wheel-drive model, Audi A6 e-tron Performance, is equipped with a 100kWh battery, delivering a maximum output of 270kW. Its certified combined driving range is 469 km on a single charge.
The high-performance model, Audi S6 e-tron, which features quattro all-wheel-drive technology, delivers a combined maximum output of 370kW and has an official combined driving range of 440 km.
Notably, the A6 e-tron Performance achieves a drag coefficient of just 0.21Cd?the lowest in Audi’s history?thanks to its aerodynamic design. Starting from the S line Black Edition, the model is equipped with virtual side mirrors featuring a folding function and a high-resolution touch OLED display, reducing driver blind spots and maximizing energy efficiency.
Inside the cabin, an 11.9-inch Virtual Cockpit Plus and a 14.5-inch MMI Touch Center Display provide intuitive and efficient controls. From the high-performance S line trim, a dedicated 10.9-inch display is also provided for the front passenger, offering a convenient digital experience.
From the S line trim and above, an AR head-up display is included, projecting speed, traffic signs, and navigation information in augmented reality. The Bang & Olufsen 3D Premium Sound System is also standard.
The Audi A6 e-tron is available in four trims: A6 e-tron Performance Advanced, A6 e-tron Performance S line, A6 e-tron Performance S line Black Edition, and Audi S6 e-tron. The prices are 94,590,000 KRW, 102,100,000 KRW, 105,860,000 KRW, and 116,240,000 KRW, respectively (including VAT, based on a 3.5% individual consumption tax).
