Now in its third year, this program was supported by Asan City and ran for 12 weeks starting from June 5. It provided management and technology convergence education?including digital transformation, ESG management, and global strategy?to CEOs and executives of local small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as senior managers of public institutions.
The ceremony was attended by Kim Beom-su, Deputy Mayor of Asan City, and Lee Keum-ryong, Chairman of Koglo.com, who delivered a special lecture on "Change and Innovation for Sustainable Growth."
During the ceremony, outstanding participants were awarded the Asan Mayor's Award, the Hoseo University President's Award, and the Graduate School of Technology Management Dean's Award.
The main curriculum included AI·ESG convergence strategies, industrial digital transformation, regional business networking, and the Serious Accident Punishment Act. In June, participants also visited Taiwanese industrial sites, including global semiconductor companies Unimicron and Chipbond, to explore potential collaboration opportunities.
Seo Won-gyo, Director of the Industry-Academia Cooperation Foundation at Hoseo University, stated, "This academy has provided practical support for innovation and sustainable management of local companies," adding, "We plan to further develop it as a model for industry-academia-government cooperation."
