Application Period Open from September 1 to 15
The West Sea Regional Coast Guard Headquarters announced on August 11 that it will conduct recruitment for maritime police officers in the second half of this year.
Through this recruitment, the West Sea Regional Coast Guard Headquarters will select a total of 44 police officers in three entry-level fields?vessel crew (navigation and engineering), investigation, and foreign languages?to serve on the front lines of maritime security.
Applications will be accepted through the National Civil Service Recruitment System from September 1 to September 15. After written, physical fitness, and interview examinations, the final list of successful candidates is scheduled to be announced at the end of December.
An official from the West Sea Regional Coast Guard Headquarters stated, "A maritime police officer is not just a civil servant, but a profession with a mission to protect the lives of the people," and added, "We look forward to the challenge of young and talented individuals."
