"Gnarly" achieved the same milestone in 52 days, and "Touch" in 82 days, setting a new personal record for the group.
HYBE Labels stated, "One of the key factors behind CATS EYE's popularity has been their explosive live performances." The company added, "Recently, the group performed an energetic 40-minute set at the U.S. music festival 'Lollapalooza Chicago,' which became a hot topic on social networking services (SNS)."
Meanwhile, CATS EYE is a group formed through a global audition with fan participation. Their debut journey was featured in the Netflix documentary "Popstar Academy: CATS EYE," reaching audiences worldwide. The documentary recorded over 3.1 million views within five months of its release. The final six members come from four countries: the United States, South Korea, Switzerland, and the Philippines.
On August 7, CATS EYE ranked 12th on Bloomberg's "Pop Star Power Ranking."
