Forklift Overturns on Gokseong Farm Road... Foreign Worker Unconscious

At approximately 8:45 a.m. on August 9, a forklift accident occurred on a farm road in Wolbong-ri, Gokseong-gun, South Jeolla Province.

As a result of the accident, a foreign worker in his 30s, identified as A, was transported to the hospital in cardiac arrest. According to 119 emergency responders, A regained spontaneous circulation through cardiopulmonary resuscitation, but remains in critical condition and unconscious.

A is believed to have been pinned under the overturned forklift while working on a narrow farm road in an orchard.
