On August 8, Kim Bohyun, CEO of Daewoo Engineering & Construction, visited the promotional center set up to win the reconstruction contract for Gaepo Woosung 7th Complex and emphasized the company's competitiveness to union members. Kim highlighted that the company would fully accept the union's original contract draft, that its business terms are more favorable, and that it supplies the largest volume of housing in South Korea.

Kim stated, "Over the past 50 years, we have built trust by keeping our promises at numerous reconstruction sites," adding, "As CEO, I will personally oversee all proposed business terms and execute them faithfully without the slightest falsehood."

He then visited the staff training center near the promotional center to encourage on-site employees. This visit took place on the 51st day since bidding closed and promotional activities began in June.
