On August 8, one day before Malbok, Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Saeul Nuclear Power Headquarters served healthy meals to approximately 500 local senior citizens at the Seobu Senior Welfare Center in Ulju-gun.
For the "Visiting Mobile Welfare Center Samgyetang Sharing Event," the food prepared that day was generously made with nutritious ingredients such as abalone, young ginseng, and glutinous rice. Members of the Saeul Volunteer Group personally served Samgyetang to the seniors, sharing warm greetings and spending a heartfelt time together.
After finishing their meals, the seniors said, "It is a great support to have such a warm event when we are exhausted from the heat," and added, "The food was delicious and we are grateful for the kindness."
Yoon Sungho, Director of External Cooperation, stated, "We prepared this event with sincerity, wishing for the recovery and health of seniors during the hot summer," and emphasized, "Saeul Headquarters will continue to carry out various sharing activities to spread warmth in the local community."
