Gyeonggi Housing & Urban Development Corporation (GH) is supplying six industrial facility sites within the Pyeongtaek Poseung (BIX) District, part of the Gyeonggi Free Economic Zone. The total supply area amounts to 37,747 square meters, with a total sale price of 17.9 billion KRW.
The area of each site ranges from 3,721.4 square meters to 10,069.9 square meters. The development cost, which is the supply price per square meter, is 475,219 KRW. Tenants will be selected by lottery, with priority given to applicants requesting multiple adjacent sites. The permitted business type is limited to "Manufacturing of Motor Vehicles and Trailers" (Korean Standard Industry Classification C30).
This district boasts excellent transportation infrastructure, being adjacent to Pyeongtaek Port, National Route 38, and the Seohaean Expressway's Seopyeongtaek Interchange.
In addition, the district offers outstanding connectivity to nearby industrial clusters, including several finished vehicle factories and Samsung Electronics. The supply price is also about 20% lower than the surrounding market rate, which is considered a competitive advantage.
The Pyeongtaek Poseung (BIX) District is the only core base district of the Gyeonggi Free Economic Zone in Gyeonggi Province, located in Poseung-eup, Pyeongtaek City. It covers a total area of 2.04 million square meters, with 780,000 square meters designated for industrial facilities, 550,000 square meters for logistics facilities, and additional areas for residential, neighborhood living, and support facilities. As the development has already been completed, land use is available immediately upon full payment of the sale price.
Applications for purchase will be accepted from the 18th to the 20th of this month, and depending on the sale price, payment can be made in installments over up to three years.
