This event departed from norm- and law-centered training and was instead conducted in the form of a concert-style cultural performance, combining theater, lectures, and musicals. The city designed the program to allow public officials to emotionally connect with the value of integrity and put it into practice in their daily lives, rather than simply receiving rigid training.
With over 200 public officials in attendance, the event was hosted by announcer Shin So Young and featured a variety of programs, including an integrity-themed situational play performed by actors Kim Min Sik and Park Kang Won, a special integrity lecture by instructor Han Yuna, and a gala performance by the group "The Bright M" with musical actors Kim Eun Gyeol, Jo Ian, and Lee Nayoung.
The integrity situational play vividly depicted ethical dilemmas and the importance of preventing corruption that public officials may encounter in real work environments, drawing deep empathy from the audience.
In the following special lecture on integrity, instructor Han Yuna focused on laws and real-life examples, incorporating quizzes and interactive questions to increase engagement.
Finally, the gala show by the three-member mixed musical group delivered messages of integrity through stories and songs, leaving a lasting impression on the public officials present.

Mayor Lee Hyun Jae stated, "Integrity is the most important virtue for public officials to demonstrate fairness before citizens," and emphasized, "We must not forget that not only solicitation and bribery, but also abuse of power, unfair orders, and workplace harassment are acts that undermine integrity."
He added, "I hope today's Integrity Concert will serve as a new starting point for creating a fair and transparent city administration together."
Hanam City plans to use this concert as an opportunity to further establish integrity as a core value in daily life and will continue to expand experiential integrity programs in the future.
