Lee Min of Duo As One Passes Away at 46

Agency: "Police Investigating Cause of Death"

Lee Min (real name Lee Minyoung), a member of the female R&B duo As One, has passed away at the age of 46.

On August 6, the agency Brand New Music announced, "Lee Min was found dead at her home last night. The exact circumstances of her death are under police investigation. We ask that you refrain from speculation."

Lee Min, a Korean-American singer, debuted in the music industry in 1999. At that time, she formed the duo group As One with another member, Crystal. The group became known to the public with several hit songs, including "Want and Resent," "Should I Be Sorry," "Day by Day," and "Hope You Never Know."

The group temporarily suspended activities in 2017 but resumed in 2019, two years later. This year, they released new singles, including "Still My Baby" in February and "Happy Birthday" in June.
