This event is a large-scale summer night festival held in conjunction with the 2025 Namwon Yocheon Water Festival, commemorating the 100th day since the opening of the Moonlight Garden. It has been designed as a new type of cultural event that goes beyond a simple ceremony or concert, combining policy messages and citizen participation.

The Moonlight Concert will be held in two parts. The traditional arts troupe 'Aquee' will open the concert with a performance that captures the sentiment of Namwon. In the following Vision Declaration Ceremony, Namwon City will share with citizens the trends in tourism transformation it has been pursuing and its future vision.

The second part of the concert will feature top Korean artists Koyote, Ali, Youngji, and Lee Hyuk, who will heighten the excitement of the summer night. At the end of the performances, an EDM DJ party will take place, turning the event into a midnight festival that both young people and families can enjoy together.

The core of this concert is that it goes beyond a simple performance or festival to declare the future of Namwon tourism through culture. During the 'Namwon Tourism Vision Declaration Ceremony', which will be held alongside the concert, the direction of Namwon as a stay-type tourism city?shaped by both citizens and the administration?will be vividly shared on site.

In addition, the 'Itta Parade Performance', which will take place before the main event, is a citizen-participatory street march from the Moonlight Garden to Love Square. It is intended to visually demonstrate that the regeneration of waste resources is both the symbol and the starting point of Namwon tourism, connecting citizens, culture, and the future.

Mayor Choi Kyungsik said, "The Moonlight Concert and the Namwon Tourism Vision Declaration Ceremony are symbolic events where tourism innovation and citizen participation are united. Through music, we become one with the citizens and share the future vision for Namwon tourism together."
