This program is designed to raise awareness among young people about small giant companies and to strengthen their practical corporate analysis skills. The program is structured as an "ALL-IN-ONE Practical Job Competency Completion Project," covering everything from corporate analysis skills to job search strategy development and enhancement of practical abilities.

Not only current students and graduates of Soongsil University, but also any young people in the local community can participate either individually or in teams of up to four members. Each participant will receive two sessions of special lectures and two sessions of consulting on corporate analysis and presentation strategies.

The "Corporate Analysis Strategy Special Lecture," scheduled for August 19, will focus on practical content such as methods for analyzing companies using their websites and press releases, how to utilize specialized websites, and understanding the market through industry analysis.

For the "Small Giant Company Discovery Contest," participants will select one preferred company from among the 280 youth-friendly small giant companies designated by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and conduct a comprehensive analysis covering industry, business activities, ideal talent profile, financial status, and corporate culture.

Participants will complete their analysis reports with expert consulting and proceed through a first-round document screening and a second-round presentation. After evaluation, a total of 11 teams will be selected, ranging from the grand prize to the best teamwork award, with a total prize pool of 4 million won.

Meanwhile, applications for the program can be submitted until August 17 through Soongsil University's extracurricular integrated information system, "Shupass" (path.ssu.ac.kr).
